Specialization Tracks

At GLS, we firmly believe that all students deserve the chance to explore their chosen academic fields of study as early as possible. Therefore, we allow students to choose a specialization track starting in 10th grade. As GLS grows, we continue to add more specializations to our offerings so that every student can choose one that is right for them.

How It Works

4

Present

Seniors create, perfect, and present their finalized capstone project, a culmination of all that they've learned at GLS, to demonstrate to the world that they are ready to tackle the challenges of their fields.

3

Rise Up

Throughout their junior and senior years (11th & 12th grades), students fulfill the rigorous requirements of their chosen specialization while maintaining their GPAs.

Decide

In sophomore year (10th grade), students are given the opportunity to choose a specialization track.

During freshman year (9th grade), students start as an "explorer": they discover new knowledge, different fields of study, and unique career paths.

Standard Diploma Track

The golden standard for all aspiring Global Leaders in academics.

All Global Leaders, regardless of their chosen specialization, are required to take our two-year program of Global Responsibility: an innovative approach to teaching ethics, civic duty, leadership, psychology, and philosophy. This leading program encourages our Global Leaders to think logically and critically while showing empathy, lead with reason without devolving to dictation, and usher in a new age for all people of the world.

We at GLS understand that education standards are continuously evolving. We strive to lead the way by improving our curriculums and staying updated with trends and focus shifts, and constantly acquire feedback from students, parents, and educators.
